Job Description:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the quality control process, from raw materials through to finished products

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and best practices

Lead, mentor, and train the quality control team to ensure accurate inspections, testing, and product evaluations

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and other departments to identify quality concerns and drive process improvements

Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and certifications to support audits and traceability

Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for any quality-related issues

Track and analyze key quality metrics and KPIs, using insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
