We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our sheet metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FARO CMM machines and be proficient in First Article Inspection (FAI) processes. This role is critical in ensuring that all fabricated components meet customer and industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform dimensional inspections using FARO CMM arms and other precision measurement tools.
Conduct and document First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 or customer-specific requirements.
Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to uphold quality standards.
